The Tom yum soup of this recipe:
one carrot that is medium sliced and diagonally cut, a few mushrooms quartered 6, straw mushrooms that are quartered 10 to 12, , {Red pepper 1/2 inches, 2 pieces of lemongrass, four green chillies, salt for taste only, 1 lemon, trimmed 1 freshly red chillies.
Method for preparation of Tom Yum Soup Recipe:
Pour in 4 to 5 water cups on to the pan. Now crush green pepper, grass stalks, after which you should add water and boil the solution. Now combine the lime leaves crushed and again boil the Tom yum soup.
Add the red curry paste and boil the entire solution. Now cook for 2 minutes after adding straw mushrooms, mushrooms and carrots. Add salt, pepper and broccoli and continue to cook for2-3 minutes more. Now take of the pan from the cooking stove. Remove pan from cooking stove.
Squeeze one lemon juice into the soup and add the lemon zest and mix well. After some minutes, take off the lemon peel. Serve hot garnished with sliced carrots and red peppers. Instead of adding mushrooms, you may add fish in it since fish has an excellent taste.
