Tom Yum Soup


Tom Yum soup comes from the Asian paradise Thailand that is a mouthwatering treat for everyone. Tom yum soup is known by unique hot & sour flavorus with the use of fragrant herbs. The soup is made of stock and fresh herbs like shallots, the kaffir leaves of lime, lemon grass, & galangal. The sweet scent and unique flavours flavor come from pouring in more of chillis, lime juice, and fish sauce before serving. Chicken tom yum soup is known as Tom Yum Gai. Usually the soup gets sprinkling topped of leaves coriander chopped.
There are several health benefits of consuming tom yum soup. The Tom Yum soup to lose weight effectively and efficiently. After consuming Tom Yum soup regularly, you would lose fat and burn calories much faster as this soup helps in weight loss.

Ingredients: 6 white onions julienned, 8 ounces of fresh ginger root, 6 julienned red bell peppers, 1 stalk celery sliced thin, 2 chopped green chile peppers,, 2 chopped lemon grass, 1/2 cup oyster sauce, 1 cup of soy sauce, 4 ounces of tom yum soup paste, 14 quarters of chicken broth, 6 pieces of nicely cut 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast halves, 1 cup of karengo and 1 tsp. of sesame oil.
Cooking instructions for Tom Yum Soup:
1. You have to fry onions nice and tender in a large sized cooking pot, onions, red bell peppers, celery, chile peppers, ginger, & lemongrass, in the sesame oil.
2. Add chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes
3. Put in cut pieces of chicken, oyster sauce soy sauce, your favorite tom yum paste, and lime leaves.
4. Check the taste and flavor of the contents after 20 minutes of boiling.
5. If needed, put in more oyster sauce.
6. Add seaweed, garnish with cilantro and serve.
